FOUNDERS LEAN CANVAS

The Lean Canvas is intended to be an evolving document, so don’t just “set it & forget it”. Based on the Lean Canvas by Ash Maurya, it is adapted from Alex Osterwalder's Business Model Canvas, which aims to develop new business models or make sense of existing ones. The LC is a more customer-centric, less corporate version of the BMC – here is why you should use the Lean Canvas instead.

How to use FOUNDERS Lean Canvas? You naturally would start by defining your Problem, the Existing Alternatives and the proceed to finding solutions that don't already exist. Ideally, you would complete the canvas by moving from left to right and tackling the costs and revenue streams at the very end.
